A civilian died as a result of an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Belgorod village of Lozovaya Rudka. The Ukrainian military dropped an explosive device from a quadcopter, said regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.
“Tragedy in the Borisov region. The village of Lozovaya Rudka was attacked by the Ukrainian Armed Forces using a quadcopter. An explosive device was dropped from it. <…> As a result of the explosion, a civilian died,” stated Gladkov on his telegram channel.
The governor emphasized that the attack by the Ukrainian military was targeted. Gladkov expressed condolences to the relatives of the deceased.
