To ensure the best reception of 4,000 spectators expected in the town, the Bocage Loisirs teams (nearly 80 people mobilized) left nothing to chance. “But it’s not because it’s the 30e we reinvent everything. It is simply a special edition to mark 30 years. It stays there free family partyon the village square, enlarged this year to comfortably accommodate everyone, as it has always been”, recall the organizers.
Three spinning shuttles
The main access will be via the D524 road (Vire-Villedieu-les-Poêles axis). Access for people with reduced mobility will be via the D218 (Saint Manvieu nursery school). A 3-hectare parking lot will be open at the Hervère du Four in Saint-Manvieu-Bocage (access from the crossroads of the vines, in Mesnil Clinchamps). He will be signposted, illuminatedsecure and 3 shuttles will make rotations to allow people who wish (priority for people with reduced mobility and families with young children, in order to travel the few 900 meters to the village square. Access to the village of Saint-Manvieu-Bocage will be blocked from 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 21 and this, until 2 a.m. the next morning.
A very large stand for catering
A very large stand will offer pancakes, sandwiches, sausages, fries… and enough to satisfy vegetarian appetites. 2 refreshment stands will be available. Particular attention will be paid to waste management. The Seroc has provided waste bins scattered around the site. It is recommended to bring your cup. The local bar, Le Saint Manvieu, will remain open to the public throughout the evening.
Note the presence of a public toilet and 4 dry toilets.
Volunteers have been trained in first aid. They will be accompanied by professionals at the aid station run by the Red Cross. Security professionals have also been recruited.
The program
From 6:30 p.m.: opening for children with DJ Bluff’s kiddyboum and his dancers.
Around 8 p.m.: stage open to young talents
Around 9 p.m.: Norman group Pillbox Desorders (rock garage, vintage et punchy)
Around 10:15 p.m.: My shoes are red (French folk).
“Guinguette on the dansefloor Part 1 and Part 2” with DJ Bluff at the change of stage and at the end of the evening.
