The entrance examination to the medical school of the Michoacana University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH) will be held on June 10 and 11 and the authorities of the educational institution call on applicants and their families not to appeal to the sale of guides and courses that ensure a place in the degree.
On the UMSNH social networks, Dr. Marcia Rejón from the Faculty of Medicine Admission Commission stated that “they should not pay attention to these types of offers, the entire admission process to the faculty is shielded, everything is done under the supervision of a notary public and people from Ceneval. We ask parents and applicants not to fall for these types of offers because they are frauds.

Likewise, it is requested that cell phones be left with the relatives who accompany the young people or they will be picked up, as are smart watches.
Marcia Rejón also reported that there are currently 4,818 applicants for careers in the health area, 4,185 seeking to enter the medical school, 302 nutrition, and 331 physiotherapy.
In turn, he explained that the medical school has 525 spaces, of which 475 are for high school graduates from Michoacán. Among the 525 that enter the faculty, 500 will study at the facilities in Morelia and 25 will go to the institution in Tangancícuaro, Zamora.
