Algeria no longer knows which saint to turn to, so obsessed with Morocco that it acts in an incomprehensible way against one of the sacred causes of Muslims, in this case the Affair of Al Quds Acharif
This time again, Algeria has fully opposed the condemnation of Israel and its desecration of the Holy Mosque of Al Quds within the very heart of the UN Security Council at a time when all the Arab-Muslim countries of the OCI voted against and had hoped that Algeria would do the same…in vain!
Also, the Arab-Muslim diplomats in New York were shocked during this emergency meeting of the UN Security Council on the Palestinian question by the attitude of the Algerian mission which condemned the Group of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), because of a reference to the Al-Quds Committee and its chairmanship.
During this meeting therefore held last Thursday, Algeria thus deprived Al Haram Acharif of the expression of the condemnation of the Islamic Ummah of the desecration of this highly sacred place by an Israeli minister.
These diplomats were appalled by the hateful attitude of Algeria which sacrifices the Cause of the Al Haram Acharif Mosque, by silencing the OIC Group for the second consecutive time in the space of a few months, for a single reason: his adversity towards Morocco.
In vain, several Arab ambassadors tried to dissuade the Permanent Representative of Algeria to the UN Mohamed Ennadir Larbaoui from this anti-Palestinian and anti-Arab-Muslim behavior at a time when the Palestinian Cause needs the greatest support and solidarity. of the Islamic World.
According to sources close to the OCI, the Pakistani presidency of the Group even introduced a reference which highlights the role of Algeria and its president in favor of the Palestinian cause, in order to bring the Algerian permanent representative back to the reason. However, even this gesture was rejected, as Algeria’s obsessive hatred of Morocco overrides its own country and its own president.
Some diplomats privately confided that while the Security Council was unanimous in rejecting and condemning the acts of desecration by the Israeli minister, Algeria resolutely chose the disunity of the OIC Group vis-à-vis this reprehensible act.
Moreover, several diplomats have privately expressed their deep disapproval of the transposition in New York of the problem of Algeria with its Moroccan neighbor and the little respect that Algeria grants to its presidency of the Arab League Summit.
The host country of the last Arab Summit, which had the slogan “Unification of ranks”, blatantly denied its commitment, which thus demonstrates to the international community that Algeria has no interest in Arab-Muslim causes, nor to the Palestinian question, and even less to the Israeli desecration of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Algeria thus shows on a daily basis that it prefers to sacrifice the sacred Palestinian Cause which unites the Arab and Muslim countries, with the sole reprehensible objective of opposing any reference to the Al-Quds Committee of the OIC, and to the role unanimously appreciated by its President.
