And in an exclusive CNN investigation, we exposed the Russian supply lines that are prolonging the conflict between the RSF and the Sudanese Armed Forces, which has displaced nearly two million people since mid-April and plunged the country into a humanitarian crisis.
The Rapid Support Forces deny its links to the Wagner militia and any involvement in mass rapes. As part of this investigation, CNN has verified and confirmed incidents of rape committed by the RSF, including one that was captured on video.
