Al-Murshedi said that the implementation of the controls to stop new services has begun for some citizens, noting that these services do not stop until the person is notified sufficiently in advance.
Al-Murshidi added that not all services are subject to suspension, as there are some services that can be stopped and others that cannot.
Al-Murshedi added that health, education, and labor services do not fall under the suspension controls, but bank accounts can be suspended or ownership of real estate, companies, or cars can be emptied.
Al-Murshidi added that the suspension controls appear in three forms: low, medium and high, and help in the possibility of lifting the suspension of services when the rights of the citizen are clarified.
