“In the past, when there was no cable car, this service attracted a lot of people. However, in recent years, especially after Covid-19, fewer people stayed overnight. The rental price is according to the regulations of the organizing committee. , very suitable for people to rest after a long journey of sightseeing and worshiping,” Ms. Bien shared.

Inviting guests to rest, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan (56 years old) shared that every day his family welcomes dozens of guests. The price for a 1-day stay is 150,000 VND/person, while the rental price for a day off is 50,000 VND/person.

“This price is only equal to a bowl of pho. Many groups come to rest and change clothes to take photos. This year is also a good sign when the number of visitors is larger than two years ago,” Mr. Tuan said.

Mr. Vinh Quang (in Tay Ho district, Hanoi) shared: “I was very surprised about this service. My wife and I only needed to pay 50,000 VND for a place to take a lunch break, and there was even a luggage storage service. , luggage to reduce the burden on the tour”.

With the free public restroom system and bathrooms prepared by the Festival Organizing Committee, visitors here no longer have to worry too much about their “long” journey in the first days of the new year 2024. Huong pagoda.

According to statistics from the Relic Management Board, in the past 3 days this place welcomed about 80,000 visitors, and on the 5th day of Tet alone welcomed more than 40,000 people. It is expected that February 15 (the 6th day of Tet) will welcome about 30,000 guests. The number of visitors is estimated to be 20% higher than the same period last year.

A record number of visitors to Huong Pagoda this festival season is forecast to fall on Sunday, February 18 (January 9).
