A surgeon comments

Surgery, botox or fillers? Hard to say, but a surgeon commented on the situation in a long video on TikTok.

Gwen Stefani has had surgery before as pictures of her appearance over the years show. She definitely had breast augmentation, neuromodulators and fillers.

According to Dr. Smita, a cosmetic surgeon from New Jersey, Gwen likely also had an eyelid lift.

She comments on the unrecognizable face of the artist.

“For me it’s really the fillers pillow face look (a face full of fillers that looks swollen). Basically you have so many fillers in your face that it shrinks your eyes, puffy cheeks, face doesn’t move like it should. Her eyebrows, which had a nice front arch, are flattened. I’m not sure what happened, but a lot of things are involved,” says Dre Smita.

This does not exclude that Gwen may also have recently resorted to cosmetic surgery.

“His eyes seem very tight,” she says, adding that surgery can take six months to a year to show full results, since the swelling can persist.

She advises the star to simply dissolve the fillers, because there are too many of them. It is also possible to make them disappear by injecting a particular product.
