The court also ordered the appellant defendants to pay the costs of the criminal and civil lawsuits.

The Public Prosecution had issued a statement confirming that the Monitoring and Analysis Unit in the Statement Department of the Attorney General’s Office monitored publications circulating on various social media sites, including a photograph of the body of the victim, “Nira Ashraf” and that it was taken in a hospital, so the clips were presented to the competent prosecution, which received simultaneously However, monitoring a petition submitted by the victim’s father complaining to the director of the hospital and the medical staff who accompanied the deceased; They photographed the body, and leaked and published the film, which undermines its sanctity. A clip was attached to the petition that included a photo of the victim’s body, showing the stab wounds she sustained, and a woman moving the body to examine the injuries it had.
And the Public Prosecution moved to the hospital to review all the official documents, in which the details of the victim’s condition and the medical staff who dealt with it are established, and to find out what was recorded by the monitoring machines inside the hospital, which may be useful in revealing the truth. The Public Prosecution also summoned the victim’s father to hear his testimony, And it ordered to inquire about the medical staff that was specialized in receiving the body of the victim in the aforementioned hospital, and who accompanied it until its exit from it, and summoned them all to ask them, as well as ordered the request of the director of the hospital to ask him, and delegated the specialized officers of the General Administration of Information Technology, and the General Administration of Technical Assistance to examine the links containing the publications of the circulating video clips It also requested police investigations about the incident and its circumstances.
The Public Prosecution Office was subsequently notified by the police of being able to identify the nurse who photographed the corpse, “Muna.L” from the hospital’s medical staff and published the filming, and it was also possible to determine the latter’s relationship with another woman who participated in the incident by circulating the filming clip and claiming “Minna A.”, and that by summoning them they confessed before The police in the incident, in addition to another named “Anwar M.” After they were presented to the Public Prosecution, the Public Prosecution issued its previous decision to imprison them pending investigations. Another young man was spotted who posted videos on social media.
A medical source confirmed that an extensive investigation was opened by the Secretariat of Specialized Medical Centers with all hospital staff.
Investigations revealed that the body was received at Mansoura Specialized Hospital, and it stayed from half an hour to an hour, only about a quarter inside the hospital, and it was transferred to the mortuary and filming was carried out with a mobile phone.
The hospital security issued a note on the day of the incident, and it was handed over to the police, after a large number of young men and girls clashed with the body of the victim, and attacked the security while preventing them from filming.
