The interrogation of Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem, the husband of the Lebanese artist, Nancy Ajram, against the background of the murder of the Syrian youth, Muhammad Al-Mousa, inside the villa, revealed a surprise of high caliber.
According to Lebanese media, the first investigative judge in Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour, interrogated Al-Hashem for three hours, and then decided to leave him under investigation.
Then set a new session, which will be on the tenth of next March, with a number of employees working for Nancy Ajram’s husband being summoned to listen to their testimonies.
He added that the “data” of communications showed that the dead man called Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem’s clinic about three times before his death,
But the sources did not reveal the details of the conversation that took place between them during these contacts, especially since it turned out that there was a call that lasted 4 minutes.
For her part, Rehab Bitar, the lawyer for the victim’s mother, announced that the first interrogation sessions with Nancy Ajram’s husband began at the Palace of Justice in Baabda, Mount Lebanon, on Thursday.
And she added, through her account on the “Twitter” website, that “the session is to listen to Al-Hashem’s statements in the case related to the incident of storming his house by the Syrian young man, Muhammad Al-Mousa, and killing him.”
Noting that “during the first session with the first investigative judge in Mount Lebanon, Fadi Al-Hashem and his lawyer attended and were interrogated.”
And she added, “It turned out that there are new facts that were not addressed before, but we respect the confidentiality of the investigation in dealing with this file, while things become clear, but it is clear that dealing with the file has become more serious.”
The first interrogation sessions with Fadi Al-Hashem began Thursday noon at the Palace of Justice in Baabda, Mount Lebanon, in order to listen to his statements in the case related to the incident of the storming and killing of his house by the young Al-Musa.
