The “Danube” commercial company in the Kingdom reacted to the widespread criticism it was subjected to following Rahaf Al-Qahtani entered one of its branches with her dog and placed it on the shopping cart.
In a statement posted on Twitter, the company confirmed that it had taken the necessary measures regarding what happened and sterilized the Khobar Governorate branch and its shopping carts, stressing that pets were not allowed to enter its branches.
Danube stressed its rejection of individual behavior that harms its reputation, stressing its keenness to satisfy its customers.
