The remains of four infants were discovered in an apartment there in the middle of the month – in a freezer.
After an emergency call, the police in the south of the city found an infant on November 17th. More remains were not discovered until the following day. According to the police, the remains of two boys and two girls.
The cause of death of the infants is now to be determined with the help of autopsies. Homicide and the Suffolk City District Attorney’s Office are already investigating. So far there have been no arrests.

The background to the finds is still completely unclear. That’s why the Boston police asked the public for help and information.
A neighbor told the TV station NBC: “It’s obviously heartbreaking. It’s weird not knowing what happened. Obviously there was this discovery, but we have no idea what led up to it if there’s still a threat. People just want to know what happened.”
It is not known who originally dialed the emergency number. Investigators have so far released few details regarding the finds.
