New Delhi: The verdict in the defamation case against Rahul Gandhi will be pronounced tomorrow. The judgment will be in the appeal against the judgment of cancellation of Lok Sabha membership. Rahul’s demand is to stay the sentence in the defamation case.
Surat Chief Judicial Magistrate Court sentenced Rahul Gandhi to two years imprisonment in the defamation case related to ‘Modi’ reference in 2019. Then Rahul was disqualified from the post of MP.
