VfB Stuttgart: After Union bankruptcy – Bruno Labbadia should go! Does HE take over? | Sports

That was it then…

The VfB Stuttgart comes after a strong first half Union Berlin under. In the end, the bottom of the table gets 0:3 on the cap.

Completely dazed! VfB star just keeps playing after THIS scene

According to BILD information, Stuttgart will most likely part ways with coach Bruno Labbadia (57)! Markus Gisdol (53) is being traded as a possible successor.

Labbadia only took over in Stuttgart on December 5th. His record, however, is frightening. In eleven Bundesliga games there was only one win (7 bankruptcies).

For VfB it is now in the cup against Nuremberg. It would be the dress rehearsal for the new coach. The relegation thriller against Bochum follows on Saturday.

It all starts properly: Zagadou and Tomas miss top chances for the Swabians, but Union hits out of nowhere.

51. Minute: Union has a bit of space – it’s quick. Behrens switches to Roussillon, who immediately crosses to the back post. Becker jumps artistically into the flank – and scores! 1:0!

Becker’s first goal in 2023. In the Bundesliga it has been 143 days since the goal. He last snapped on November 9 (2-2 against Augsburg).

65. Minute: Bustle in the penalty area. Suddenly Behrens gets the pill in front of his feet. He pushes it in from a short distance. At first, referee Badstübner gave offside, but was overruled after VAR consultation. 2:0!

68. Minute: Behrens marches to the right and plays sharply into the penalty area. Stuttgart’s Haraguchi rushes in there – and hits his own goal. 3:0!

While Union is celebrating, it’s probably time for a change of coach at VfB…
