Vida surprised Motagua and scored an agonizing draw with a great goal in the 95th minute

The Chelato Uclés National Stadium vibrated on an exciting night with a two-way duel between Motagua and Vida, where the Blues came close to winning a new victory, but Rafael Agámez appeared with a goal from another planet to establish a final tie 2- two.

The team from La Ceiba began as a fearless team and was raised from the first minutes with a fighting proposal. The first scoring opportunity was for the Reds in the 14th minute through Alexander Aguilar, who received a ball on the edge of the area, made a cut, but his shot was controlled by Licona.

The minutes of the match continued with a lot of dispute in the midfield and once again the Ceibeño team was the one that came with the best chance of opening the scoring, after a free kick by Elison Rivas and in two periods the blue goalkeeper controlled it.

Motagua responded after 23 minutes, after a center by Marcelo Santos, Moreira could not head in the area, but Jessé Moncada controlled the ball, finished off with his left foot and from the goal line Pipo López saved his goal by diving with his feet and take the shot.

The coconut palms returned recharged in the second half and after a cross from Rivas at 50 minutes, Camara won it in the aerial dispute; Alexander Aguilar finished off with a sweep included to beat Marlon Licona and open the scoring in the Nacional.

Hernán “La Tota” Medina moved his bench to try to find the tying goal and brought in Eddie Hernández and Ángel Tejeda, who were looking to make their debut in this championship.

Vida was able to settle the game in the 70th minute, after a corner kick, where Henry Figueroa headed in and Licona found the ball on the goal line.

Calm came to Nacional after 85 minutes, after a center by Juan Ángel Delgado, Walter Martínez deflected it and Eddie Hernández controlled it and defined it with class to beat Pipo López.

The eagles raised their change in a sigh and it was through Ángel Tejeda, who took advantage of a center by Walter Martínez and without thinking twice, beat López.

When everything indicated that Motagua was taking the three points from Nacional, Rafael Agámez appeared with a goal from another planet, who finished off from long distance and sent the ball to the angle, something impossible for Marlon Licona.

In this way, the game ended 2-2 and Motagua extended its streak to 12 games without losing playing at home in the National Stadium.
