Video.. “Acrobatics” goal reaps praises against Japan and Colombia

Rafael Santos Bure scored an acrobatic goal to lead Colombia to come from behind to win 2-1 over Japan in a friendly soccer match in Osaka on Tuesday.

Japan took the lead in the third minute when Kaoru Mitoma, the Brighton & Hove Albion winger, rose high to play a header that hit goalkeeper Camilo Vargas.

John Duran equalized in the 33rd minute, in one of the few attacks the visitors launched in the first half.

Colombia dominated the second half, and Bure scored a double kick from inside the penalty area in the 61st minute.

While Juan Pablo Sorin, the star of the Argentine national team and the former Argentine River Plate team, described Buri’s goal as “amazing”.

As for the match commentator, he considered it a goal that came with a wonderful finishing touch from the Colombian striker.

Buri, 27, played for the Argentine River Plate team between 2017 and 2021, before moving to Germany’s Eintracht Frankfurt, for which he is currently playing.

Vargas maintained his team’s lead following five minutes when he parried a powerful header from substitute Ayasi Ueda.
