Tottenham defeated Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium today, Saturday, in an exciting match that brought them together in the 26th round of the English Premier League.
“Spurs” defeated the host city, City, by three goals to two, in a match that witnessed excitement until its last moments.
Tottenham advanced early in the 4th minute, but City refused to come out late in the first half, and equalized through Ilkay Gundogan (33′).
In the second half, the brilliant Harry Kane snatched the lead for Tottenham in the 59th minute, so that Tottenham tried to preserve the goal through defensive work, as in most of the match.
But Tottenham’s delay in defense resulted in a penalty kick for City after a handball from Argentine defender Christian Romero, scored by Algerian Riyad Mahrez (90 + 2).

Kane killed the match, depriving City of a third goal in the 90 + 5 minute.
After this victory, Tottenham defeated City in the “Premier League” this season, back and forth, after winning the first leg (1-0).
And Tottenham raised its score in this victory to 39 points in seventh place, and it has 3 games postponed.
City, who lost for the third time this season, froze at 63 points in the lead.
