The video shows the hottie with a defined upper body – while years ago he was in a wheelchair with a poor prognosis.
The Miracle of Bloom
For Orlando Bloom, his hammer body is not a matter of course. “I broke my back when I was 19,” he writes on Instagram, “and they told me I’ll never walk again.” Luckily, the actor didn’t want to accept that at the time. He trained hard, rode a lot of bikes and managed to use muscles to stabilize his back again.
