Dubai: UAE warns drivers in case of heavy rain. The authorities have advised to be extremely careful while driving. At a speed of 100 km/h, you will get a warning to slow down when it is raining on the roads. If you do not drive according to this, you will have to pay a huge fine. Apart from this, the license will also get black points. Driving in a manner that causes danger to others will result in a fine of -2000 dirhams. The vehicle will be impounded for 60 days. Also get 23 black points. In case of serious accident or injury, the vehicle will be impounded for 30 days and 23 black points will be awarded. The fine will be decided by the court.

A fine of 800 dirhams for taking photos while driving. Also get 4 black points. Failure to stop the vehicle after causing an accident will result in a fine of 500 dirhams and 8 black points. The vehicle will be impounded for 7 days. Driving with dimmed lights will result in a fine of Dh400 and 6 black points. A fine of 500 dirhams is imposed for driving in fog and violating traffic regulations. Officials warned that 4 black points will also be given.
Meanwhile, if you do not put on the indicator while changing the lane, the penalty is 400 dirhams. Driving without lights on during foggy conditions will result in a fine of Dh500 and 4 black points.
