11 Iraqi soldiers were killed in an ISIS attack in Diyala province, east of the country.
Russia Today reported that a group of ISIS elements, comprising regarding 10 fighters, launched an attack on the First Division of the Iraqi army at dawn today, killing 11 soldiers. She explained that the organization used medium weapons, in addition to a sniper, in the attack.
She indicated that supreme directives were issued to send military reinforcements to Diyala Governorate once morest the background of the attack.
