It’s been a successful first half of the year for Vivendi. Between January and June, the group controlled by the Bolloré family generated a turnover of 4.7 billion euros. This represented an acceleration of 3.2% over one year, at constant exchange rates and perimeter, including 4.3% organic growth during the second quarter. A level higher than the consensus of analysts established by Bloomberg.

In terms of profitability, the French entertainment giant presents an adjusted operating profit of 444 million, up 8.3% over one year. “We are optimistic for the second half,” assures Arnaud de Puyfontaine, Chairman of the Board of Vivendi.
