Announced in China in mid-November, the vivo X100 and X100 Pro cell phones received a launch date for their respective global versions. They will arrive outside the Chinese market next week, on December 14th.
The information comes from the manufacturer’s official page. The company also revealed that both smartphones have been available for pre-order since November 24th. Check out the banner below:
Both come equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300 mobile platform. The other specifications differ. The X100 contains a 5,000 mAh battery, with 120W charging. The X100 Pro has a capacity of 5,400 mAh, with support for 100W cable charging and 50W wireless charging.
The more modest model has a 50 MP 1/1.49” main camera and a 64 MP, 70 mm periscopic telephoto lens and three times optical zoom. In turn, the most sophisticated offers a 50 MP 1/0.98” primary sensor and a 50 MP, 100 mm periscopic telephoto and 4.3 times optical zoom. Completing the trio in both cases is a 50 MP ultrawide.
Prices and availability information should only be revealed on the day of the announcement, next Thursday (14).
