Wages without gender discrimination in workplaces; Australia with the law

Australia’s gender gap in the workplace is coming to an end. The move is to ensure equal pay for women with men by passing the new law.
According to the new law, firms with more than 100 employees must disclose their workers’ salaries accurately from the beginning of next year. These should be reported to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. They cannot publish the details of the companies publicly, but the move is to ensure a transparent situation.
The authorities hope that the new decision will put an end to discrimination in the workplace.
