US President Joe Biden does not accept the information that Russia is completely in control of the situation in Mariupol. The American President, who still intends to supply arms to Ukraine, gives his opinion on the information given by the Russian authorities, led by Vladimir Putin.
While Russia and its President Vladimir Putin announce its forces have taken control of the city of Mariupol, Joe Biden says the opposite. Confident, Putin ordered his soldiers not to storm, but rather to besiege the remaining Ukrainian fighters who refuse to surrender.
