The National Health Security Office invites Bangkok residents, 7 risk groups, to get a free flu vaccination, booking via the Tao Tang app.

Today (12 May 65) the National Health Security Office (NHSO) invites residents of Bangkok, 7 risk groups, to get a free flu vaccination!!! Book through the wallet app

Influenza vaccination during the COVID-19 outbreak In addition to reducing the severity of illness and death from complications of influenza. It also reduces the risk of increased mortality from both infections and reduces the hospitalization rate of COVID-19 patients.

For people in 7 risk groups, which are:

1) Pregnant women, gestational age 4 months or more (services throughout the year)

2) All children 6 months to 2 years old

3) People with chronic diseases as follows: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and diabetes.

4) Persons over 65 years of age

5) Thalassemia and immunocompromised (including symptomatic HIV-infected people)

6) Obesity (weight > 100 kg or BMI > 35 kg/m2) and

7) People with cerebral palsy who cannot help themselves

The “influenza vaccination” is a benefit to promote health and prevent disease. People with the condition are at risk groups in all 7 groups, all rights to treatment. Access the service at the service unit in the system near home. The service starts from 1 May – 31 August 2022 or until the vaccine runs out.
