Warning for patients with heart and diabetes.. This drink contains a deadly poison!

A recent study confirmed that there are severe health risks due to the demand for low-calorie soda drinks that are sold in the market as “diet”, noting that this type of soda-containing beverage, over time, may lead to an appetite, and demand for Eating sweet foods, thus increasing the calories entering the body.

The study, published in the journal Nutrition Obesity, cautioned people against eating diet soda, especially those who are obese, as they are particularly sensitive to food cravings associated with artificial sweeteners.

For the study, the researchers relied on 72 volunteers to see how well their brains responded to images of high-calorie foods, as shown by an MRI scan of brain regions associated with food cravings and sugars.

By examining adults who participated in the study, and drank one of the three drinks, which is water, a sugary drink, or a drink sweetened with sucralose, which is an artificial sweetener free of calories, the researchers measured the hormones of the people who volunteered to conduct the study, and noted how much they ate a meal after drinking those drinks. And they discovered that consuming “diet” drinks increased the desire of participating women and obese participants to eat.
