Al-Marsad newspaper: Dr. Muhammad Al-Ahmadi, a professor of exercise physiology, revealed the appropriate figure for the waist circumference of women.

He said, during the “From Saudi Arabia” program, that if the waist measurement for women is 80 cm or more, then the woman has entered into health problems and increased the risk of diseases.

Al-Ahmadi added, “If the measurements exceed 88 cm, the woman will be at risk, and she will be very vulnerable to diseases.”

He pointed out that the natural figure for the waist is half the height of a person or less, and the measurement in this way is better to include another factor, which is the length.
