Al-Marsad newspaper: The artist, Shehab Gohar, and his wife, the artist Ilham Al-Fadala, revealed for the first time details of the story of the first meeting, in which he asked for her hand in marriage, after her undeclared divorce.

Ilham Al-Fadala, during her hosting of the “Mahajat” program presented by broadcaster Ali Al-Olayani, on the “SBC” satellite channel, told the story of the meeting she had with Shehab Gohar, in the month of 6 last year, after the distinguished festival.

The artist explained that he approached her during their meeting with the festival, about the story of her divorce and the reason for not announcing the matter, until the moment they spoke together, explaining her position: “I did not announce my divorce, in order to preserve my private life, and so as not to open the door for speech and people’s interference.”

The artist recounted the details of the call, which he called her after the festival, and asked her to see her for a necessity, but she met his request, nervously, and said to him: “What happened, do not frighten me, so I told her: I must see you,” according to Shehab Gohar.

And about the details of her reaction after the marriage proposal, when he told her, “Marry me”, and repeated his request 3 times, she opened her mouth in astonishment and said, “Ha.”

“Johar” indicated that Al-Fadala did not respond to the marriage proposal at the time, and said: “This topic surprised me, and gave me my chance to think, and after what I think, I have a life, I see my daughters, I see the situation, then I mean.”

He confirmed that he felt reassured, because he did not refuse in her reaction to their marriage proposal, explaining that he made the decision on his own without advice. As for the “virtue”, she said that the first people she consulted were her daughters, and they were very happy with this marriage.
