Al-Marsad Newspaper: A video clip documented the assault of the Kuwaiti club’s president, Al-Salmiya, on the referee of the match, along with a large number of the team’s players, following Al-Qadisiyah scored the winning goal.
In the video, the president of Al-Salmiya Club stormed the stadium to attack the match referee, amid a number of players gathered.
Referee Saud Al-Samhan returned to the video technique following the goal scored by Brahima Tandia in the 90th minute, following which he acknowledged the validity of the goal following it was found that there was no error before it was scored.
An iron door was also closed to Saud Al-Samhan in the location of the VAR video technology device, to prevent anyone from protesting and trying to influence the referee.
It is worth noting that the Qadsia team achieved a valuable victory over its host, Al-Salmiya, with a clean goal, signed by Al-Mali Ibrahim Tandia in the 90th minute, in the 15th round of the Kuwaiti League.
