Al-Marsad newspaper: The weather analyst at the Meteorological Center, Aqil Al-Aqeel, expected the continuation of the spring rain situation today, Thursday and tomorrow, in the Riyadh region and the central regions of the Kingdom, in addition to the southern and southwestern highlands.
Al-Aqeel said, via Al-Ikhbariya channel, that the satellite images show the presence of a belt of clouds extending from the Riyadh region to the eastern region, and it is expected that the chance of rain will continue in these areas.
He pointed out that there is a chance of thunderstorms accompanied by downward winds of thunderstorms today and tomorrow, leading to the formation of local sandstorms, especially in the evening, over Riyadh, the Al-Qassim region and the eastern regions of Makkah, noting that it is not excluded that with these thunderclouds, hail will fall on Riyadh and Qassim.
