Al-Marsad newspaper: The head of the General Authority for Entertainment, Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh, surprised the Moroccan player, “Ashraf Hakimi”, by bringing his mother to the stage, during the announcement of his winning the favorite sports award at the Joy Awards 2023 festival held in Riyadh.
Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh ascended the stage to announce the winner of the festival’s favorite athlete award, and said the winner is “Ashraf Hakimi”.
And when Hakimi stood up to go up on the stage, the “Al-Sheikh” surprised him, saying: “Come, come with him..your mother..come with him.”
Hakimi, while receiving the award, expressed his happiness at being in the Kingdom and honoring him, saying: “I am very happy to be here. Thank you to Chancellor Turki for inviting me, and thank you for this honor. Thank you to the Paris Saint-Germain and Morocco teams. I am also happy to be here with my mother. Thank you.” for your support.”
