Lawns watered between noon and two under a blazing sun? This is what a reader of the “Tribune de Genève” was moved by on Tuesday about certain private residences in the Petit-Saconnex region. Contacted, the director general of the cantonal water office says that he had to circumvent, this Wednesday morning, a sidewalk copiously watered by an incorrectly regulated jet. “You don’t need to be an authority to notice that some fellow citizens lack common sense!” adds Gilles Mulhauser.
