Analyses traces of blood found in vehicle belonging to a relative of the Tarn nurse’s husband have finally fallen, as revealed by our colleagues from The Dispatch this Tuesday, March 15. “To date and at this stage of technical and scientific investigations, the alleged bloodstains (…) have nothing to do with hemoglobin.”
According to information from the regional daily, the stains discovered in the white Peugeot 306 would not actually biological fluids. A twist that allows Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers to score points. “There are no traces of blood in this car or any other vehicle.nor in the house of the Jubillars, nor in a garden”, reacted Alexandre Martin, one of Cédric Jubillar’s three lawyers, before the investigating chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal. For the defense of 34-year-old plastererthe results of these analyzes are only “the demonstration of a failure” and “of a procedure that skates”. While no new element can come to contradict the innocence of their client, his lawyers pleaded for a new application for release. The decision on the continued detention of Cédric Jubillar will be made on March 22.

Valuable information since at 6:52 a.m., Cédric Jubillar is then, in the presence of the three gendarmes of the Tarn, at his home in Cagnac-les-Mines. The mystery around the phone therefore still hovers today.
