Today, the 4th, a pressure trough with cold air in the sky is passing near Honshu, so the atmospheric conditions are extremely unstable in some parts of Hokuriku.

It will rain in the plains and snow in the mountains until around noon. Locally heavy rain with thunder is expected. There are places where the ground has become loose due to the earthquake. Even a small amount of rain increases the risk of landslides, so please be careful and be on guard for landslides through the evening of today, the 4th.
