Sharing more regarding the functions and tasks of the Finance sector, Minister Ho Duc Phoc said: The Finance sector is a multi-sectoral sector, serving as the lifeblood of the economy, ensuring financial balance. and other macro issues,…as well as taking on many other important tasks.
Over the past 3 years, under the impact and severe impact of the Covid 19 epidemic, the Finance sector has continuously introduced fiscal policy packages that caused the State budget to reduce revenue by nearly 700 trillion VND. New Deputy Minister of Finance Bui Van Khang was born on May 16, 1971 (53 years old), hometown of Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province, Kinh ethnicity, religion no. Mr. Khang graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law from Hanoi Law University, a master’s degree in Public Management from UPPSALA University, Sweden, and a high level of political theory./
From November 1988 to December 2012, Mr. Khang was an expert, Deputy Team Leader, Deputy Head of Branch, and Head of Branches under the Customs Department of Quang Ninh province.
From January 2013 – June 2017, he was Deputy Director, Quang Ninh Province Customs Department, July 2017 – December 2018, he was Director, Quang Ninh Province Customs Department.
From January 2019 to before being appointed by the Prime Minister as Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Khang was a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province (in charge of the financial sector).
