What happened to the store?

The basic skepticism among buyers is disappearing, but there are still enough problems, especially with the opaque pricing of public charging. The good news is that the many future electric cars could save our energy supply.

Charging electric cars is no longer a mystery. However, there is still a certain amount of skepticism in the area of conflict between range, charging at home and charging on the go – naturally, the less familiar the subject, the greater the doubts. Very rarely do we hear complaints from those who own or use electric cars. Almost everyone gets along well or even very well. This is perhaps less due to the fact that the charging network is perfectly developed than to the fact that most people charge their electric cars at home and only rarely have to rely on public charging. The visitor pressure there remains (for the time being) moderate. Anyone who travels or often drives long distances in general cannot do without certain planning routines. And at fast-charging stations on the autobahns, things can sometimes get tight, for example between Vienna and Salzburg. The ultra-fast charging stations from 150 kW per charging point are particularly well attended, and there are also waiting times – usually not long, but not entirely stress-free on a busy working day for a commercial traveller.
