Ministry said the health And residents that in the event of losing the medical certificate for examinations of those about to get married, they can go to the nearest unit of the initiative examination units to reprint the certificate and pay only 40 pounds.

Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, continued: “The costs of the medical examination and analyzes are 230 pounds, and the state bears the difference, as the average cost of the analysis ranges from 450 to 500 pounds per person.”

Abdel Ghaffar added that a medical examination was conducted for 9,000 young men and women in all governorates of the republic, through the initiative of the President of the Republic to “examine those who are about to get married” during the first 4 days of its launch last Sunday, and he noted that the initiative targets those who are about to marry, Egyptians and non-Egyptians.
