The artist, Reham Abdel Ghafour, revealed that she suffers from anxiety, as she said: “I am sick with anxiety, guilt, and self-blame. I live in this circle in a tired way, and it has become part of my personality.”

And she continued, during her hosting of the “Me and the Mask” program presented by the media, Mona Abdel-Wahhab, broadcast on Al-Hayat and CBC channels: “This problem I inherited from my mother, because she was very anxious and forced me to stay like her.”

And she added, “I am deeply concerned, and the issue has begun to decrease, and the anxiety remains within me without sharing it with those around me.”

Headache and chronic pain.

Problems coping at school or work.
