If you are traveling with other people, please inform them of this cancellation. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused,” the airline said in its message.
And indeed, his return flight during the month of July was canceled. No more trace of it on the Ryanair website. There is only one time slot for the day in question, compared to two at the time of Marvin’s reservation. A very bad surprise for him and the three other people traveling. “We were supposed to return to Charleroi in the evening, around 11 p.m. There, the only solution is to lose our day by returning earlier (at 2:30 p.m.) or to remain stranded in Milan, ”he explains to us.
Because if the group no longer has a return flight, the outward flight is well maintained. Two solutions are available to them: a free change to the same destination and “under comparable transport conditions” at a different time or at a later date; or a full refund of their tickets. A second proposal which does not help Marvin and his friends since they would find themselves stuck in Milan. They will therefore opt for the first option reluctantly.
