When Marc Labrèche slips into the shoes of a Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge in free fall

This week at This yearMarc Labrèche and Pierre Brassard have teamed up again to offer us a parody of the popular show Masked singersrenamed Masked columnists for the occasion.

You guessed it, the goal here is to find out which famous Quebec columnists are hiding behind costumes that are, shall we say, very unsophisticated.

Will their unique sensitivity to each be able to put a flea in the ear of judges Stéphane Rousseau (Pierre Brassard) and Sam Breton (Pierre Brassard)? It’s up to you to find out!

The whole thing is presented by a Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge who finds himself a few thousand feet above sea level, right in the middle of a most comforting blue sky.

Unfortunately for the parodied host, his parachute decided not to cooperate at the worst time imaginable.

“It hurts surprisingly less than a clever intervention to settle my accounts during the Gemini gala”nevertheless assured us the main interested party.

Nothing like always keeping a good attitude!

You can see or re-watch this just enough far-fetched sketch below.

That year is broadcast on Saturdays at 8 p.m. on Télé-Québec.
