The 52-year-old returns to train Western Fares, who had spent the period between September 2020 and January 2021 at the head of the team’s technical management.
The Serbian coach will replace his compatriot Nebosha Vjnevic.
The Emirati newspaper, “Emirates Today”, learned that the Al Dhafra administration had taken the decision a week ago to dismiss Vignevich, but the arrival of Veselnovic coincided with the eighth round match of the ADNOC Professional League, which witnessed a 5-0 loss against Baniyas (Swords of the Capital).
Veselnovic will launch his mission with the team in the ninth round, during which Western Faris will clash with Sharjah (the King).
