For the second year on Trinity Square of Kurgan, a composition of Polar Bears is being installed for the New Year
On December 4, a children’s party was held in Kurgan on Troitskaya Square, culminating in the connection of an LED composition in the form of the long-awaited Polar Bears from the Siberian-Ural Energy Company (SUENKO). As URA.RU was told, the composition is connected for the second time.
“This year we are connecting glowing bears for the second time. We decided to light the figures in a festive atmosphere during an event for children, because the bears were primarily invented for them. Now they will be turned on together with street lighting every evening until spring,” explained SUENKO Director Danil Anuchin.
During the holiday, children answered questions about polar bears, and also participated in other competitions. They also read a “spell” so that the composition began to glow. After the solemn part, the young participants cut the ribbons and rushed to the bears to take pictures and play.
It is noted that the bears arrived in Kurgan by the evening of December 3. In total, 22 power engineers took part in the installation and connection of this composition. It took two semi-trailers to bring the bears. The total weight of the LED family is approximately 7450 kilograms. It consists of mother bear Sofya Mikhailovna and three cubs named Yashka, Tishka and Button. The names of the White Bears of SUENKO in Kurgan were given by a resident of the city, Lilia Dolgushina. The composition also includes an 11-meter spruce, one 9-meter pyramid and two 6-meter ones.
Earlier it was reported that a nine-meter statue was brought to Tyumen led bear Siberian-Ural Energy Company. It was installed at the city administration building.
