As part of the All-Russian investment sabantuy “Zauralie-2022”, which took place on June 2, an agreement was signed between a company registered in 2011 in the Ufimsky district, Evrodetal-service LLC and the Ministry of Trade and Services of Bashkiria on the construction of a car service for trucks. 130 million rubles will be spent on the implementation of a large-scale roadside project. The construction of the facility is planned to be completed by 2023.
As the Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Belarus explained, a land plot located along the M-5 Ural highway was chosen for the construction of the facility. The official said that the investor is already ready to start implementing large-scale construction and intends to launch a car service in 2023. Alexey Gusev also noted that the construction of a car service will create 50 new jobs.
It is assumed that such roadside construction projects will become paramount and will be included in the List of Priority Investment Projects. In this case, investors will be able to receive state support for the implementation of their ideas in the form of compensation for 50% of the costs or 30 million rubles for the creation of communal infrastructure and access roads.
