It is about a woman whose husband, Mario Garoglio, beat her until she believed she was dead in 2002. She was miraculously saved, but in 2017 she died from the consequences. In addition, the man abused their two daughters and one of them, Mayka, committed suicide for this. Ivana turned her ordeal into a fight, sued the national and provincial states, reached an agreement, but many points still remained unfulfilled.
In 2002 Ivana told her husband that she wanted to separate. He choked her with a wire, hit her on the face and head with a stone, and he locked her in the trunk of a car, believing her dead.
A circumstantial witness notified the police and from the police station they called Garoglio to his house, just when he was looking for a shovel to bury Ivana.
