As a reminder, a so-called restrictive free agent – like Matisse – does not have the last word when choosing his future team, it is the franchise owning his rights that has the final choice. We will therefore closely monitor what the Blazers will do, they who recovered the American-Australian exterior during the last trade deadline via a four-way transfer with Philadelphia, the Hornets and the Knicks.
Matisse Thybulle is renowned for his great defensive qualities, he who is able to create chaos within opposing attacks through his ability to anticipate but also his defense on man. We’re talking about an All-Defense caliber fullback/winger with two nominations to the second-best defensive team of the season (2021 and 2022 with the Sixers).
