Very nice wines flow on the right bank of the Rhône
The terraced vineyards of Saint-Joseph have nothing to envy to its neighbors opposite, Crozes and Tain-l’Hermitage. Further south, Lirac also bears comparison with Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The appellation does not have the reputation of its neighbors to the north, Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie, or opposite, the famous Hermitage. However, on the lands of Saint-Joseph (Saint-Jo for friends, and we quickly become so), the grape varieties are the same: the syrah reigns supreme. And if the whites are still struggling to make themselves known, Marsanne and Roussanne go together wonderfully. The Viognier, too, develops a nice nose there. Invitation to a journey through wine.
