Chelsea beat Leicester 4-2 at home and qualified for the semi-finals of the FA Cup. The team led by Mauricio Pochettino, which did not have Enzo Fernández due to suspension (he received two yellow cards in the competition), had to suffer a lot to achieve an agonizing victory.
The screams of Marc Cucurella, 13 minutes into the game, and Cole Palmer, in first-half stoppage time, put the home team ahead. However, the Frenchman Axel Disasi starred in a blooper six minutes into the second half with an incredible goal against and Stephy Mavididi equaled it with a great goal in the 17th.
The blow seemed to affect Chelsea, who, even with one more player – due to Callum Doyle’s expulsion in Leicester at 33 – could not react. Until the addition, Carney Chukwuemek appeared, after a block from Palmer, and Noni Madueke, with a great goal, to achieve qualification.
