In order to guarantee the well-being of Guariqueños, more than 150 people were treated with a Quinn medical assistance day, carried out by the mayor’s office of the Juan Germán Roscio Nieves municipality in the state of Guárico, specifically in the Hugo Chávez urban development, located in the parish of San John of the Morro
The teams and medical personnel were deployed from early hours in the town, to provide services of general medicine, internal medicine, ultrasound, pediatrics, dentistry and many others, as well as the delivery of totally free medicines.
“We have deployed help for this community at no price, with the help of specialist doctors, attending to important cases, verifying and giving the medicines to whoever has to take them,” emphasized the mayor of the municipality, Sulme Ávila.
He mentioned that it is the first Quinn medical assistance day that is carried out in the aforementioned community, and in turn, he explained that it is part of the various works that are carried out in the group, whose tasks range from cleaning and maintenance of areas, to the rehabilitation of playground and recreational park.
These conferences are expected to be held in all the communities of the Guariqueña capital, as part of the social and health programs that Ávila has promoted during his administration.
They held an integral mega day in Roscio
Inhabitants of the Nuevo Horizonte sector of the San Juan de los Morros parish, Juan Germán Roscio Nieves municipality, were served with a comprehensive mega-day, with the aim of responding directly to the demands issued by the communities.
This was reported by Francy Rojas, president of the Municipal Chamber of Roscio, who stressed that “this approach is a sign of the commitment that Governor José Vásquez has in guaranteeing the good life of popular power, responding in a timely manner to each of their requests.” .
In this sense, during the activity, the residents of the sector were benefited with specialized medical care in dermatology, gynecology and nutrition, in order to ensure the health of the people of San Juan.
Rojas explained that the children received vitamin supplements, and pregnant women were treated with ultrasounds and cesarean kits.
The operation included the participation of Dr. Rosa Vásquez, the sole health authority in the state; Aurelis Olivo, general secretary of the We Are Venezuela Movement (MSV); municipal councilors and members of the respective social programs: Hogares de la Patria, Humanized Childbirth, Nevado Mission, National Union of Venezuela (Una mujer) and others.
El Socorro also benefited from a comprehensive medical shift
With a comprehensive health day, 175 inhabitants of the El Arenal community of the El Socorro parish, El Socorro municipality, were treated by the Luis Razetti Comprehensive Community Health Area (Asic), in conjunction with various health programs of the entity.
This is detailed in a publication on the official Instagram account of the Regional Health Directorate in Guárico state, announcing that 3,115 medications were delivered free of charge in the operation, 35 routine vaccines were applied to patients who required it and provided care to 4 people with malnutrition index.
Among the programs that accompanied the activity are: the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the Somos Venezuela Movement, as well as the incorporation of a community pharmacy.
