Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Ministry of Human Resources announced the minimum wage for the professions of legal advice, in conjunction with the entry into force of the second phase of the Emiratisation decision.
The Ministry published, on its Twitter account, an info graph, during which it announced the entry into force of the second phase of the decision to localize legal consulting professions, today, Tuesday, 12-20-2022.
Human Resources said that the Emiratisation rate is 70% for all companies, law firms, and legal consultancy offices in which legal consultants work.
The ministry added that the minimum wage for legal consultancy professions is 5,500 riyals.
The targeted occupations included, legal advisor for public systems, legal advisor for private systems, contracts specialist, legal affairs clerk.
