Witness.. A Kuwaiti citizen recounts the details of his 15-year imprisonment in America for allegedly harassing a girl

Al-Marsad newspaper: Kuwaiti citizen “Yasser Al-Bahri” recounted the details of his imprisonment in America for 15 years, and talked about several attempts to blackmail him, according to his version.

Al-Bahri said, during his appearance on the “Yahla” program on the “Rotana Gulf” channel, that the story began when he was a doctoral student, and he used his spare time to open a “coffee shop” project, but one of his employees claimed that he harassed her.

He added that he was arrested for two years and the jury convicted him and the judge sentenced him to 15 years in prison, noting that this happened in 2007 in Florida.

He explained that the girl tried to blackmail him and her family and demanded a sum of money in exchange for a settlement outside the court, but he refused, while the judge refused to investigate this matter.
